Good evening, Oasis Parents.
I'd like to extend a big THANK YOU to everyone for helping to make our first ever Halloween Carnival a huge success.  I appreciate all you did to help make the evening FUN for all.
The next two weeks we will be helping at Food at First.  It is VERY important that you know the following information.
  1.  What group your child is in:
    Group ONE (November 5):  Emerson, Rose, Elizabeth, Emily, Brooks, Alex - (guides: James & Gretchen
    Group TWO (November 12):  Will, Aidan, Seth, Ben, Jameson - (guides: Scott & Becky)and when they need to be here.
  1.  When they need to be at the church
    They need to be at the church NO LATER than 5:15pm.  They need to load into the guide's vehicles and BE at the food at first location ready to start working by 5:30.
  1.  When to pick them up
    We hope to get them back to the church by 7:30, but sometimes the clean-up at the site takes a little longer.
    Please be patient and know we will get them back to the church ASAP.
